American comedies are getting better and better these days;
some of the more popular ones of the bunch involve dating,
otherwise known as romantic comedies. If this kind of
thing interests you, one of the newest series to come out
will be ‘
Unhitched’, which will be released early 2008.
Pretty similar to the now discontinued Friends,
Unhitched
focuses on a group of single friends looking for romance
in their thirties. The main characters are Jack ‘Gator’
Gately (Craig Bierko), a recently turned single
charismatic leader who aims to make the best out of life;
Tommy (Johnny Sneed), a thrice-divorced unlucky in love
bachelor who hopes it will be fourth time lucky and Dr.
Freddy Sahgal (Shaun Majumder), another recently turned
